Do not call 112 for information of advice. There is a separate rescue services information number for that \u2013 1524.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Call 112 first, not a friend or family member. If you don\u2019t call 112 first, you may lose precious time for help to be sent.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explain what happened and if anyone is injured and needs help.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Say the address or describe the location where help is needed. By positioning your landline, the rescue services sees your address and when calling from a mobile phone, your location. To further pinpoint your location, give additional information \u2013 say your address, describe nearby objects, provide GPS coordinates when possible.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are not personally on the scene of the accident, let the rescue services know.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Try to stay calm, listen to the questions of the rescue manager and reply accurately and briefly.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">When life or property is on danger, help is dispatched even while on the phone. Asking further questions does not delay the help, it is already on the way.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do not quit the call before all circumstances for giving aid have been cleared.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Keep your phone line open for the rescue services to contact you if further information or advice is necessary.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the situation changes \u2013 for better or for worse \u2013 call 112 and let the rescue services know.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All emergency calls are recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you are in need of aid, but have no cell phone reception, Remove your SIM-card from your phone.
